I train and race for Cooks Hill SLSC and have been doing nippers since under 6s. I grew up around the beach and have always loved going to the beach. In my spare time I enjoy surfing and playing golf. My favorite and most consistent event is the board, over the years I have just enjoyed going out and catching as many waves as possible and I think that has really improved my confidence and awareness. I also love bodysurfing, there are never two waves the same which makes it so fun to predict and hold the big ones that come through. My dad and I are huge believers that the more time you spend in the water the better you get, so I have always been encouraged to get out in the water and catch waves and get a feel for my craft. 

Some of my dreams and aspirations in the sport is to make the professional series. Since I was a kid, I have always looked up to the guys and girls in the series, as someone in the sport it really shows how much hard work, early mornings and the commitment you have to make to get there. I also would love to win an Australian championship. All the legends of the sport have won an Australian title, and they are, in my opinion the pinnacle of the sport. As an athlete I would like to say I am pretty driven and dedicated, even though sometimes it can be hard to get out of bed for those early sessions.
