I love being able to call myself a Surf Ironwoman, however I also love to call myself an Exercise Physiologist, Female Athlete Educator, Pilates instructor, yogi, ocean lover. I am all about trying to squeeze as much out of myself and this life as possible. Never putting myself in just one category. Sometimes it’s my downfall as I want to try do everything, but I think it’s my secret to having a long athletic career whilst being so much more than just an athlete.

My goals are often changing depending on the season. Overarching I want to win as many Coolangatta Gold’s as possible, but I also want to be able to provide female physiology education to as many women as possible all over the world. I also want to be a great friend, girlfriend, daughter, entrepreneur, whilst also winning a Nutri Grain Ironwoman Title. Then probably an Ocean Ski Molokai Title. The list goes on. How I achieve all these things is always trying to surround myself with the best people, of course that’s including my sponsors.
