Growing up I was involved in a lot of different sports that I excelled in, surf life saving was one of them. It came to the age where I had focus on one sport and surf life saving was my immediate choice. I always loved competing individually but racing with some of your best mates and winning with them makes the sport feel more special. I moved down to the Gold Coast to try and achieve my goal to make the Shaw and Partners Ironseries. This came true for me last year which I find is a huge stepping stone for the rest of my Surf Ironman career. I want to keep competing in the top competitions and become the best athlete I can be. With this, I have ambitions to become a Physiotherapist. I’ve always wanted help other athletes with injuries and help them achieve their best performance as I feel I can relate to them.
