I find a lot of enjoyment out of Surfing and body surfing. Especially in the off seasons when I’ve got a bit more spare time. I played club level AFL until I was 16 and then just grew out of it and wanted to push myself more in surf sports. In my last year of high school, they ran the first ever all boys state wide Netball competition, in which me and my mates had a bit of fun playing. I managed to snag a spot in the QLD rep side as Goal Defense.
I first jumped on a BOS ski in 2023, and I won’t be looking back. I immediately felt the immense level of durability and stability, knowing they are built to last. They really are the most comfortable, reliable and powerful ski on the market. Not to mention being backed by Reece and his team of champions, really makes you feel so special to be a part of this incredible team. No matter who you are or where you are, Reece and his team are prepared to look after you.

Personal Profile
I started my nipper career out of North Burleigh surf club. My dad was my age manager from U6’s right up to U13s where I started to want more from myself in this sport. Which is when I decided to make the move to Currumbin Surf Club which is where I have been for the last 7 years and for the last 2 years under the guidance of Rachelle King, Hayden White and now Jayden Erskine. This move has provided me with friendships and a love for my club that will last a lifetime.
What drives me is being able to look back on myself a year ago and be able to confidently say that I’ve grown mentally and physically stronger. This motivation drives me every day to be a better version of myself. I am a big team player, as you’ll notice in a lot if my surf sports results, I love team events and working as a team towards an end goal is another one of my passions. I strive for team wins much more than I strive for individual wins.
I have always had a massive passion for board paddling, I feel as though I was born to be a board paddler. Now more than ever I am realizing that I can mix it with the big guys, guys that I have looked up to and dreamt of one day being able to race against. I’ve worked my backside off to get me to where I am today and I can feel the tables finally turning and hopefully soon I’ll be standing on the podium against some big names. With regards to that there are a few results to date that I’m particularly proud of such as our 1st place in the Open Men’s Taplin at 2024 QLD State. I was very proud to get the dub with the boys as it shows our growth as an open Taplin team. We will be coming for that Aussie gold.
