I have trained and raced my BOS surf ski since first year u17s and have never looked back from joining the team. Reece and the BOS team are extremely welcoming, and their knowledge, expertise, and respect for the craft they create has been so helpful. The BOS design perfectly combines speed and agility, providing me with a craft I trust to take on any conditions and to excel. Even with only one year of experience on my BOS surf ski I have made so many memories, from catching waves with teammates to racing in Aussies finals. I am excited for what’s to come and proud to be a BOS ambassador.

Personal Profile
I have lived by the ocean my whole life and this has shaped who I am as a person and as an athlete. Throughout my time as a nipper I developed a love for the ocean which inspired the beginning of my journey as an athlete. Later than most, I began nippers in u11s and raced my first official event at Forster Weekend of Surf in 2020 for Black Head SLSC. Since then I have continued to compete and also started a sprint kayak career for Avoca Kayak Club which has allowed me to be part of some amazing teams as well as travel to Japan and New Zealand to compete internationally representing Australia. I have also joined Newport SLSC with my two closest friends and teammates and this has given me opportunities and support I am beyond grateful for.
I train because I enjoy the feeling of accomplishment after a hard session and aspire to test my body and mind to the limit every day. I think the effort I put into sport is reflected in who I am as a person and I love how training influences my personality. I think I have been able to become a more hardworking, focused, and determined person and this helps me in other areas of life that are important to me like school. Although I’m not sure how just yet, my goals for the future are centered around continuing to enjoy the sports I love and hopefully becoming a medical doctor too. I aspire for this career because I love learning and helping people and want to make a real impact.
My success is thanks to all the people who support me; my family, friends, coaches, teammates, and the BOS team. I don’t know what the future holds but the commitment from these people in helping me achieve my goals, whatever they may be, pushes me toward success.
