This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with BOS Oceansport Pty Ltd.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or due to stock availability.

You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods

2.1 Surf Skis

Surf skis are shipped via specialised freight carriers due to their size and handling requirements. Delivery times vary by region.

2.2 Accessories & Small Items

Shipped via Australia Post or courier services. Standard and express options may be available at checkout.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for accessories only are calculated at checkout based on:

• delivery location,
• product size and weight, and
• carrier rates.

Surf ski freight costs may vary significantly due to handling requirements.

4. Delivery Requirements

You must ensure:

• the delivery address is accessible,
• someone is available to receive the delivery, or
• authority to leave is provided (if applicable).

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

5. Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

• Note the damage with the driver (if possible)
• Photograph the packaging and product
• Notify us within 48 hours

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist.

6. International Shipping

International shipping may be available on request. Customers are responsible for:

• import duties,
• taxes,
• customs fees, and
• compliance with local regulations.

7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

If an order is returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect:

• re-delivery fees may apply
• refunds (if applicable) will exclude shipping costs
