This Warranty and Returns Policy applies to all products supplied by BOS Oceansport Pty Ltd (ABN 18 611 394 337) (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this Policy limits your rights under the ACL.
We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
We may request proof of purchase to validate a claim.
This warranty does not cover:
Surf skis are performance watercraft and require proper care, handling, and storage.
To lodge a claim, you must:
We will assess your claim within a reasonable timeframe (typically 5–7 business days).
If the claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:
We may require the product to be returned for inspection.
Due to the size and nature of surf skis, we do not offer change-of-mind returns on surf skis.
Accessories may be returned within 14 days if:
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your cost.
If your product arrives damaged:
We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the ACL.
If the product is confirmed to be faulty under warranty, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs. If the product is not found to be faulty, shipping costs are your responsibility.
