- 100% vinyl ester resin, temperature controlled vacuum bagged laminating and post cure.
- Hull - Kevlar, eglass reinforcements on a soric core.
- Deck - Eglass with kevlar carbon reinforcement at stress points on a soric core.
- Epoxy joining system with internal flanges.
Premium
- 100% vinyl ester resin, temperature controlled vacuum bagged laminating and post cure.
- Hull - Full carbon kevlar reinforcements on a soric core.
- Deck - Full carbon kevlar reinforcements on a soric core. Additional carbon and kevlar at stress points.
- Epoxy joining system with internal flanges.

- After you have submitted your order online. Use our design template to sketch your design. Add your Order Number to your completed design template and email your design to sales@bosoceansport.com

Payment selection - Manual Payment
We do not ask for payment until your order is going into production. We will invoice you two weeks prior to production. We ask that you do not pay for your surf ski at the time of placing your order.Shipping selection - SURF SKI ORDER or Pickup in Store
We do not include shipping for surf ski orders. If you require freight contact us and we can provide you with the details of our preferred suppliers to make arrangements.
