Some skills I have are that I am a very good golfer (don’t listen to my haters), I am good at basketball (can dunk) and I am brilliant at being able to scroll through Instagram reels on my phone. I also think a skill I have is that I don't take things too seriously so I don't let too many things worry me. oh and let's not forget my last skill and very important one, I don’t ever stop talking, in the middle of a race I will talk to people just because I think it's funny.
Newport
I have been a part of the BOS team for 2 years now and I am pretty sure I’m the youngest on the team. But have been in love with the ski for many years, even before the u17 age group. my first ski was a second-hand BOS ski that I used to mess around in the ocean and to be honest, I tried my hardest to see if I could break it catching the biggest wave. I have experienced many things on the ski in the past couple of years, including absolutely massive surf or even flat water and I have to say it’s been the most enjoyable time on the BOS ski. I was introduced to Sharon and Reece when I was starting to learn on the ski and I was very keen to get started after watching how much fun my brother had on them. As soon as I saw my first BOS ski I instantly knew that it was perfect. The ski was super light, fast and very very durable. I remember when I first went out in big surf and I was learning, myself and another person on BOS skis collided and thought we for sure had broken them, but to our surprise, they were perfectly intact and ready to go again. I haven’t had any huge results on the ski yet but I am continuously trying to improve and better myself on the ski to hopefully one day be the best ski paddler I can be.

Personal Profile
I come from South Africa and hope to never lose my accent, I started SLS when I was an U6 and hope to do it for the rest of my life. I plan to go to university and get a good degree and eventually earn lots and lots of money. My family plays a massive part in my life without my Mum and Dad I wouldn’t have the opportunities that I have today, and without my annoying siblings, I wouldn’t have been pushed to be the athlete I have become. I hope to be one of the greats and inspire the younger generation to grow the sport internationally, and maybe just maybe give out some Maccas.
